DARWIN whiz kid Francesca Hilario

DARWIN whiz kid Francesca Hilario recently took out first place while representing the NT during a special all kids edition of Sunrise's popular Virtual Pub Quiz.

The adorable nine-year-old has become a celebrity of sorts among her classmates at Holy Spirit Catholic Primary after they watched her claim victory on national television last fortnight.

"I was overjoyed to win, it all came down to one a question about Nick Kyrgios in the end which wasn't hard because I watch tennis," she said.

My friends all watched me on TV, which was really cool.

"The show is going to be asking me back soon to defend my title.”

Francesca said she's been keeping her Lego quiz trophy on her bedside table so she can look at it before going to sleep.
