2024 Northern Territory Education and Care Awards

Tegan Miller was nominated and a finalist for Outstanding Educator Category at 2024 Northern Territory  Education and Care Awards. Tegan has been an Early Childhood Education at Little Joey's Early Learning Centre in Katherine for two and a half years. This role is her first in the early years and she has taken on new learnings to quickly become an excellent educator in the sector.

Tegan has brought the children's families and the community interests into the learning environment in ways that are authentic and engaging. Tegan provides hands-on engaging learning experiences developed through critical reflection and quality observations.

On the same night Lisa Le Gros represented Catholic Education NT presenting the 2024 Outstanding Education and Care Program which CEO sponsored. 

It was such a great night to celebrate the amazing work that the Education and Care Sector has been doing in this space.
